Price is outside the Bollinger bands on the daily chart..also on the 30min chart..the price drop from 034c to 024c has been the biggest short term % decline in this long term retrace from 05c...so no doubt this is capitulation and currently way over sold..should be a huge % bounce eventually..but just need someone to step up.
