DRM has consistently shown a discount on the value of the merged company as measured by the SLR share price. Today, even with the increase in the DRM price, the discount is 4.4%. I.e. DRM shares are being sold/bought at a price that is 4.4% lower than the SLR price based on the scheme's settlement ratio of 0.6772 DRM shares for 1 share in the combined company. Since I own both SLR and DRM shares I decided to sell down today because I do not want to be overweight the combined company. Guess which shares I sold? If you chose DRM, then go to the bottom of the class.
