I agree in part and would say stocks in general are less chartable. But, on low volume either way, specky stock, and excluding news, charts can tell you a rudimentary story. I've found even the smallest stock bounces between Fibonacci drawings when nothing else is largely at play. But any large or even moderate buy/sell can render patterns an indications null. I certainly use them fr everything to set an entry point if its the difference between a few %
