The register is churning more than the other stocks so it needs some larger holders to suck up the free float more. It is still sub 10c and that attracts hot money and traders for the volume.
Its also off radars and the sector has cooled down. This can all change on some news and a general pick up in the overall sector. It remains cheap, but the share price should move through 10c imo. If this was the same cap as BUD, it would be closer to 28c than here.
