I asked a question to confirm what is public knowledge from the patent process which any mug can find online and got a pleasant enough response but not a word of help either way to a genuine question. Not a great way to treat shareholders who are asking ligtetment questions. Suffice to say I think they are on a learning curve. I have had other CEO quite open about the patent process even going out of there way to get me answers as it is all open to the public anyhow. LOL I ended up getting my answer from a obscure email exchange that you can find online, from Shane on the help desk at the PCT and their IP agents assistance. Ah the irony is sweet for a cyber security company.

Anyhow I think they are on a winner and all will be good but will be watching their patent process carefully, because it is a huge gamble riding into town with all your spurs and white cowboy hat and yet with no bullets in your pistol.
