Exactlly, its a Cap order. Anyone wanting to offload 250k stock wouldnt sit it on the stack,
Its the same when trying to buy a slab, why scare the market up with your order and not get filled.
Alot of the depth is just props and caps. no big deal, the Volume will come back soon and like WHA , KTD will be over $1 per share soon.
