ktd are crafty. Buyers own brand possible without conflict. Look how woolies have gone with 'macro' home brand health food. Jets. Its all about the retailers margin.  I see something the same brewing here if ktd play cards correctly. Low cap. Bal are shrinking imo. Ktd growing. Don't compare to bal.
