Management is not in place in any company (apart from a few notorious exceptions.....) to pump up sp. 
they have a role to play to secure growth. With such a small cap as Ktd, they probably could have gone to the bank to secure some cap. At hugely inflated rates. They floated to the public instead. Rough and smooth. You get jolts with growth. 
really hope you can hang. Its a good organisation. Try and bottom drawer and forget sexy. Good intelligent stock investment should be boring and rigid. This is one foot in front of the other...
