If you see management doing such road show to drive the price up, then that's a clear signal to sell. Only reason for them to drive their SP up is if their want to raise more capital or directors looking to offload a block. 

Price is going down because interest in ktd has fizzled, there's no stampede of sellers, just a lack of buyers and much better opportunities elsewhere. 

Sellers will come back when the price becomes attractive again, looking at the market depth it looks like 0.360 is the target if that big order isn't pulled, then will retest 0.330 again.
