Failure to break and bouncing down off 100ma isn't great for holders,
holding above 20ma & 50ma which is good, will it rise and re-test the 100ma line?
Last two announcements should have generated enough to lift it up and above, but as you mentioned previously it was an excuse for holders to exit into the volume. Not great. It's looking soft in my opinion.
