agree with all this morning, 30c is likely to be the logical pitstop for many to review the position again, till then, accumulation time, and agree, slow and steady is better than a large fluctuations.
only reason I said explode is due to likely news coming out soon, and the big boys deals are HOT right now, will almost be a race to see who can lock down deals quicker than the others. for them, few million dollars is pocket money, given the risk-reward equation.
all imho ofcourse, I have added more to my holding today
