It looks as though someone is buying and selling the spread of about 1c in RES.
As we saw yesterday someone bought the last few shares in RES to increase the price, then conveniently has 250,000 shares to sell today at 7.8c... I could be wrong, but I have seen similar activity several times now.
It is simple, we await finance, get into production, and then the fundamentals and the share price will increase accordingly.
The RSI which is around 50, can trend below 50 as easily as it can move up, so that can also signal a bear market as much as a it looks a bull market. This just makes for the balance of the reporting for the above chart-neutral reporting.
