It's slipping back slightly as this and other stocks like it always tend to do after the initial bump from a good announcement.
I think we'll need one more good announcement to get it over the 10 mark and then it's off to the races! An out of the blue new contract win of a decent size that's not an Odournet conversion, that should do it.
