The quarry negotiations had stalemated over the last 2 years. I understand regular meetings where held over that period, but nothing was guaranteed. While that was ongoing, they located the lithium with the help of Andy White's mate (ex RIO South American geologist).

Russell was able to break the deadlock and secure an agreement. Obviously you don't understand the project as well as you thought as the stockpile can be started within 1 year and the quarry is working NOW.

I hope you made a profit, but I think you have left plenty on the table for the rest of us.
