Agree. OIL is now at a commercial stage where they could attract real business talent. I do hate to see disruptive changes like this but sometimes it results in a better person as the replacement.
Right now the future of the company is riding on rails and I'm confident Mr Hoffman will use the time advantageously. He seems to know what he's doing.
No doubt there will be rumors, but if Archie made a mistake he's paid the price without further details needing to be released.
