Unfortunately selling pressure continues but hopefully a bounce off 30 next week. I think an earnings surprise is possible after our acquisitions and interest savings from reduced debt.
Going back to our monopoly discussions, since CAJ deals with the Old Kent Road type properties does that mean the CAJ portfolio is made up of centres like this one?
