Buyers are holding price at the initial breakout level. Slow going but looking good. A break of 31.5 resistance and hopefully upward from there.
31.5 is a seller level now, but was also the support level following the breakout, which eventually got broken by sellers but the follow through was weak which supports the bullish case.
