As an aside, I spoke to a Fund Manager at Singapore International Water Week in 2016. That’s 3 years ago. She commented that the Chinese listed EPC players in HK and SG have been trying to break out of China to seek their pastures in BOT in ROW but without success. I asked why? She said, problems with English. She was probably flippant with that remark. But it struck a chord, why wouldn’t Chinese listcos take stakes in FLC and piggy back on their connections ROW?

Please don’t get me wrong. I don’t know any better who the buyer is. But I took a blue pill this morning. Hallucinating comes free with the possibilities.
