personally I would be looking for a entry at 1.6 cents based on the charts, but that being said and given ZIP cash position to MC ratio, its just crazy cheap at these levels. all ZIP have to do is sneeze and it will go back up to 3 cents.
it does look to be forming a bottom around the 2 cent level though.
