If a rate cut does not happen 2morrow, BOQ might be anything possibly $11s.
If rate cut happens, BOQ will hold up but appears 2 b totally driven by speculation of a TO bid.
Personally, I think SUN and/ or BEN will not b making a bid so I rate BOQ value at $11-$12.
