5.25m does sound cheap, however Moiramc is right, money in the bank. If PLA can turn around Smokey and get Rooderand underway, that will be company changing progress and lift the share price above 30 cents.
Panton on the other hand is a very expensive project and can oly be developed from a company with plenty of cash.
