The market doesn't seem to be that impressed by the traffic numbers. The real acid test is when tolling begins. How much traffic will the CLEM7 tunnel retain? And how many "cheapskates who hate paying for anything" will take their chances in Brisbane's gridlock. RCY is strictly for the brave until more traffic info becomes available.
