New 52 week high on LRL friday, company is buying back ~19M shares, cash backing of ~22c looks likely over next few weeks with this in place and looking at further coal and iron ore projects in China. Volume and price looks to have accelerated past the buy pack levels (5% + 5 day vwap) indicating a deal maybe closer?
