Sleekbeak, its an automated trading system used to manage the VWAP (well that's my theory). Have a look on the RFE thread, I posted an explanation over there about it as its happening to that stock as well.
The resource upgrade is anticipated on this one hence I feel the reason they did the placement prior so the fat cats could get in before it ran over a $5
