I think you might have this wrong

50% of the placement that occurred in march will happen if approved after the General meeting which will cause a dilution of about 10%

Now if you go through the options granted not only to the broker and performance rights for mgmt

Firstly options exercisable are 50c for the broker of the placement, I feel a hartleys pump will occur for these to be worthwhile

All placement is done at 35c, I see this as the floor for the price for now

Performance rights are based on 20 day vwap above 75c, this is juicy and mgmt obviously view that this is where the mc is heading and they have a multimillion dollar interest in getting it there.

Get ready for the drilling and the results coming! Cobalt grades higher than 0.4% will send this thing flying.

My hunch is drilling has begun already and we will be notified just prior to the general meeting to ensure all voting goes in favour of mgmt
