I've mentioned this before but Nestle is under internal attack from a large activist firm called 3rd point, one of the biggest in the world
When 3rd point presented to investors, a2 is mentioned by name in their presentation even using the logo.
I would not be surprised by a takeover bid, frankly expected it when we dropped down to 10 or so.
I think your really close to the premium, would think it would be min of 21
Then again, I'm purely speculating
You can go to the nestle website and see 3 points whole presentation. It is very good reading in my view
