What's not factored in here is that A2 is eating both Nestles and Danone's lunch all the time, and the bigger they get the bigger the lunch. Nestle has tried three competing IF products in China in the last year. No traction, zip none no impact. At some point Nestle and Danone are going to realise they can compete with the brand and the clean green origin. Now Nestles has a market cap a tad short of $135billion in AUD and Danone about $64billion. How do you think will be first with a takeover offer. I'm picking one second half of this year 40% premium first offer and I'm also picking the other will compete. They cannot let A2's value to get much bigger otherwise they are looking long term at the 3rd biggest world dairy competitor.
