Pretty easy, Just engineer a 5% drop in a session and you will trigger the first set of stop losses, get a quick 10% drop and you will trigger the all. If you can do it before the open then the trailers can't even get in on the low prices.
Not hard at all, sacrifice some money in selling between entities to drive it down and buy up the freed up shares.
