Does anyone think how lucky some of long term holders have been in the last two years or so ? Just over 2 years ago when the SP was around $2 we sold some TLS shares to buy some more A2M. We set aside $55K for a new SUV at the time, its now worth around $40k but the same amount invested into A2m at the time would now be worth $357k !
My cousin who I talked into investing $10k into A2M at $1.50 was lamenting he did not invest more, I put it too him if he knew what he knows now would of he just got married at the registry and forgone the lavish $50k wedding at the time considering the financial position they would be in now. He laughed and said good question, how do you value a day of joy with friends and family over a financial windfall that would equated to over half a decade of work savings.
Its surreal now watching your A2M parcel moving more than a years of full time work savings in a day. You need to think how lucky to of been a holder for so long and if you do sell out or down consider yourself lucky for the ride and dont look back and think if only I kept them longer. LTH remember those who sold out and locked in profits at around the $2, $3, to $4 mark. Some were happy with their price and wished us well and some became very bitter and disappeared from the forum altogether. I will never forget Geoff himself telling me with a smile, "how do you think I feel selling out down at 90c" !
To those who were at the last AGM would remember what was said at the time that is reflecting in the ever increasing share price. Jayne said this was a monumental transformative year for the company that was set for major sustained continued growth without giving to much away or percentages. She and the board, past and present are very confidant about the future prospects of the company and all of them peppered their time in front of the mike with the word "Growth".
How far we have to run before that growth tappers off who is to know. Enjoy your profits on the way and dont loose sleep when you sell down and the share price sails well north of your exit price. Very much looking forward to what is going to be revealed on the 20th.
