I do not know what time window is envisaged for these forecasts, or how current the individual forecasts are. The low $2.31 may be long in the tooth. Because I have not seen these valuations, I do not know on what metrics they are based. Positive Announcements and an abatement of FAL-related fear have all helped to uplift analysts' sentiment.
I am particularly interested in the forecast EPS for FY20 and FY21. I suspect that at the low end it would be 17c and 18c respectively.
