Do we need a racing club as well ? I can discuss fetlocks and withers and pasterns and appaloosas and lollapaloosas (NRW is a fine Jim-dandy lollapaloosa even without the big show next week : ). ).....but not racing

...except when Lycopodium and Monadelphous got together in October 2016 their offspring was called Mondium http://www.mondium.com.au/ which is the kind of naming which often happens in racing as well?
And Mondium - speaking of racing- is one of the competitors NRW would have considered before moving forward to secure the RCR divisions
And Mondium - speaking of Mondium - must have had a good long think about RCR seeing as growing by acquisition is a often sensible strategy ....



Speaking of starting gates (which nobody was), the overall ASX seems to be feeling a bit sticky this morning . Maybe due to USA and tomorrw’s lending statistics;

Quietly standing in position NWH has so far seen low volume -around 230,000 shares traded.



For the record, shorting activity is diminishing as per the shortman.com chart below .
Despite this Friday’s low volume trading was accompanied by high volume shorting -more than 40%... and by my reckoning only 152,474 shares were traded if the large buy in the afternoon mentioned before is removed .
Which makes Friday a very low volume day indeed in terms of ‘real’ trades as opposed to plays with borrowed stock.
