....hello again .
And hello Saragian and do you mean book about 2003 SARS outbreak - China Syndrome
Or the China Syndrome as per movie which I do not remember seeing which seems to be about a US nuclear meltdown replacing TBM’s in creating a different kind of ‘Road and Belt’ link to China?
The thought of either is unpleasant.
To revisit the chart (and paste my daily observances )
according to the technicals the trading here today was poking those ‘in the know ‘ with augurs.
If you look here (today only) you can see them : https://stocknessmonster.com/trades/nwh.asx/
They were bright red and came in collections of thousands rather than tens and they were ‘sells’.
They appear in chart form in the image above .
The average daily price was $1.54
Volume 914,177... not huge although substantially higher than the other two trading days this year.
Hopefully it will not be the start of a Monday avalanche and I presume tonight’s trading in USA will give clues to this.
(Even if there is an overall avalanche, here in the smaller world of NWH on evidence-based analysis- we have a medium-sized publicly listed civil services and mining contractor going about its business in a tidy way.
It has useful supplies in it’s gunny sack, good prospects for the hunt and a useful new finance agreement.
It has an excellent strategic advantage in knowing EXACTLY how to deal with crisis situations having weathered at global level the impact and aftermath of GFC - 2007-2008 and at an individual level the more recent mining downturn plus the Samsung betrayal (which pushed shares down to a low of 4c).
The quality of the company, it’s location in Australia, the improving economy in WA, it’s prospects and secure contracts are unarguable.)
RECENT SHORT SALES
Yesterday shorts were 63.56% and the day before 45.45% .
Looking at the day chart for yesterday in the afternoon the sell tide was already underway ( in a very minor way) with something more than 40,000 shares looking as if they were sold - lowering the price ( and also deleting a few shares from someone’s register)
Possibly what wasn’t active selling was mostly buying (closing?) by shorters given they had more than 65% of the volume .
Cheers
