Hello Saragian that was quick .

Thank you as always for the chart .

I know low prices represent opportunity and the price bashers want the opportunity.
But lower than $1.58 is ridiculous.
Even if retail is completely out of the picture (quaking in the wings) there are surely other funds also wanting to scoop up the best prices.

-And while I am aware I am a constant (somewhat sundry?) kind of ‘Pollyanna’ in regards NRW that’s because it really is a great company .
There are not so many of those about .
And price wise NWH never had a chance to get over-valued ( much less properly valued ) as from $1.80 it only spent about one month in September over $2
Then US China Trade War, Banking Royal Commission , Wall Street, unemployment figures and more pulled the plug out of everything .
Then we had a clear shorting attack.

Meanwhile according to Deloitte the economy in WA (and most likely Queensland?) too has been flagged as turning around since at least July 23!
And that Paradice guy said the equity market tends to move “at least six if not more months ahead of time”.
    Last July:
    https://www.news.com.au/national/we...s/news-story/ae86daa56133eec20863d2f45d758290
.. “THE WA economy is “out of the woods”, one of the nation’s most respected forecasters has declared, with housing and wages finally gaining traction.......
    ..
“Deloitte Access director Chris Richardson said it was now clear WA was recovering from the economic “wave” that was the end of the mining boom.
He expects a lift in retail sales, population growth, wages and housing construction will all improve through this year and accelerate into 2019-20.
Wage growth alone is tipped to more than double the insipid 0.6 per cent growth endured by private sector workers last financial year. “WA’s economy is out of the woods, but it isn’t quite yet out of the doldrums,” Mr Richardson said.”
