Can someone please have a crack at explaining to me why shorts sales on Friday well exceeded the ‘in market’ daily volume which was less than 470,000 up until the closing auction ?
Does it mean rather than Friday being an aftermarket huyer’s delight! it was an after market short sellers “let’s close out our positions quick” exercise ?
