....around 1.1 million shares sold AND we closed on the day’s high.
The thought of the attractive dividend obviously kindled some interest.
Or was today a ‘bear rally’?
As a bear trap (https://tradingsim.com/blog/bear-trap-stocks/) I am not so certain many shorters were caught yesterday .
That day was quite high volume compared to the preceding ones but shorts were less than 20%.
So the price fell on reasonable volume with fewer shorts.
I share the image in case it makes any kind of sense down the track .
