Even JP doesn't know if there is terrible news around the corner! That's why this sort of "the share price is falling so someone must know something negative" thinking is self-destructive for an investor, even though it is natural and instinctive.
Instead, invest in companies with reliable, competent management and then trust them to make the best of what they encounter. Average down or up based on the value you calculate today and the share price today - IF you are an investor.
