I don't think now is the time to give management a break, we've done that for the last 2-3 quarters.

All of Von's concerns are well justified. I am yet to see any coverage or marketing of SP3, the worst part is they have plenty of stories to sell but choose not to. 

The worst part is the BoD seem to be switched on in respect of capital management and the financial/operational facets of the business.

But the whole point of listing is to sell their story and tap the market to take advantage of any opportunities that present themselves for exponential growth. How are they meant to do that effectively if they don't market their stock and have the option to raise capital at suitable levels. 

Like Von has stated many times before they're running their joint like a private company, and will be valued as one if nothing changes
