When the CEO bailed out well ahead of finding a replacement or having issues with the board, you are right to become suspicious. And then a long period of the company doing nothing just add to the suspicion. And now we are with the fund managers bailing out on earnest to lock in what gain they had.

Some people don't believe that the stock price chart tells any story. But the truth is it does tell what the fund managers think of the company in a very simplified way. And the fund managers are way more experienced and sophisticated than retail investors.
