I am increasingly annoyed at the lack of respect for shareholders. so many good people have lost so so so very much.

Whilst I don't believe we can rid ourselves of the CEO

I do believe we can get some talent on the board that will

1. listen to the concerns of shareholders.

2. give some guidance to him if he is willing to listen.

3. relieve him of his duties if he fails to perform.

He gave Previ away to the Chinese provided they brought 2 million in shares in LBT "that ain't raising capital" and that aint selling the technology.

He failed at a SPP at 0.26

He failed raising at 0.31, don't believe me ask those that brought, I don't believe they would think that was a success

He failed again at 0.15 cents again just ask those that brought.

Any person can drive the price down and raise capital at cheap prices, that's easy, but he couldn't even give those shareholders a return.
