@Guru - any day of the week I would rather have a team that actually delivers on their targets.

You indicate a change would set the company back 6 months.

I would suggest that the current team has set us back over 2 years and hence I woild much rather swallow some short term pain than the alternative which most likely will be an additional 2 years of failures under the current team.

Next 2 years are critical because if targets are not met then once again we will have no money and good luck raising again.

We need to ensure we have a team that can deliver over the next 2 years and the current team who has achieved zero of their targets over the last 2 year's just don't have the capability.

BB and Chairperson need to absolutely depart.

Ask yourself why the Non-exec jumped ship???
