though if u look at were the share price was this year it went as low as 4 cents
in ur case u r going back in past years if thats the case the share price was 2 cents...at currents levels
it has shown a sharp improvement...like any small company which is tightley held it
can easily surge upwards...at crazy levels...
again with 11 mil in cash
I would say a buy to a hold in my opinion
