If they get York agreed then they should have the bases of a very good future. I would think that the best and most obvious way for zyl to get funding to continue would be to gain funding through the bank that has provided the bridging loan. What is clear to me is that Ian is doing all he can. It is also clear that the original extension loan was linked to the project that is now in despite.
It could be a very positive outcome for the industrial bank of china if they negotiate the deal well. Back at the AGM they pulled the option of more dilution due to the key backers saying no to dilution.
Anyway time will tell and as I have to much cash in this company I'm hoping they get funning, and off takes sorted. W1
