ILU is an example of a strong up-trend stock that can prematurely whipsaw you out of the trade.

Trendline breach, CBL, and even 2ATR stop loss methods would usually call for an exit on this trade. It is only because I have only 4.5% of total trading capital on ILU that I overlooked the short-term stop loss indicators. The longer-term moving averages are still well separated and moving up, hence why in this case, stop-loss indicators can be sometimes temporarily ignored.

Sometimes with a profitable trade you can be stopped out, but the up-trend again fairly quickly resumes. ALQ is a recent example where I was stopped out but got back in again where I still hold. A slow stochastic, or 3/10-day EMA crossover was sufficient to re-enter ALQ.
