Destresso....u will have to try harder! I followed the link as I had not heard of good rain forecasts...some short term forecasts for southern and eastern Australia a couple weeks back.
That link showed a map with 1 to 5 mm forecast in a small area where Aaco don’t operate, nor where much grain grown!
What is interesting is the US beef market showing signs of strength..Despite a big article in Rural Press this week about the mountain of protein ( incl beef) in the states having market participants concerned, the actual market for finished product and feeders is quite strong! Coupled with our weak currency, it is encouraging. Currently packer margins are huge over there, and if only u could get some good discounting and even cooler weather u could chew into the stocks! They have been exporting plenty too apparently, so a drop off in our quantities available for export won’t hurt.
