I am not a chartist but me the chart looks very bullish because it has tried to break the resistance at $1.50 on at least three occasions and failed. IDL is having another attempt at the moment. If it closes above $1.50 IDL could be off to a target of $2. The only problem that I see is the low volume although todays volume is building.
