Hilly - Sandman .I agree entirely , You have done well , and I think your time frame is positively correct also . I do have a bit of a controversial opinion on OP . I think there will be a feeling out period of about $50 pb for a while until the surplus reserves begin to drop .Then next year we should see OP gather pace . I don't think OP will stop at $85 pb I believe it will go much higher . The Russians are now in control of OPEC and their there fiscal position is dire , to say the least " along with all the other oil producers " There needs to be ten Trillion US spent on E & D over the next ten years , and no one has that kind of money , and there is only one way to get it , and that is $120pb OP .
