Agree @Brumbypat, I had the same factor used in my NTA prior to buying... By memory I assumed 33%, but same thinking...
@suzanmb sign of the value investors getting interested! There is upside to any company at the right price. I think MRM have a strong management team - in hindsight though the Jaya acquisistion could not have come at a worse time, pity but lets be honest you cannot predict the future!... I have watched and waited for the last 2yrs - happy with my entry.
The one downside I see, debt, unfortunatley because of the timing of the Jaya acquisistion MRM do hold a substancial amount of debt and in this environment it will (has already) constrain them. But contract wins will give them headroom - IMO a buy and hold >3yrs.
