It would be disconcerting if they miss the deadline.
How frequently must substantial holders update the market on their voting power? Last update was 8 August, and I can't believe it remains unchanged with the recent price action.
I hope holders see a good return, but the industry is in the doldrums with no sign of recovery and the company is running very close to debt issues.
There doesn't seem to be much reason for a suitor to have to pay as large a premium for control as is currently occurring.
Too many unknowns for me.
