The shorters are waiting for the disastrous Final Report there's no doubt about it. But with all the E &D catchup about to take place and the position of MRM in terms of facilitating that then I have to say that certain contracts will be won in the next few months and more rosier forecasts are upon us... As Suzan states the market is forward thinking so I do question whether we will capitulate to the 20's again... Cheers
