Hi Downside , Yes we all know there will be some delay , that is not the point however . The market is always forward thinking , and if you are treading water waiting for the tsunami of contracts that must come with the inevitable return of E & D , the market will be way ahead of you and you will miss out . But to each his own , but blind negativity is really exhausting , and I don't have time for that ....... Cheers anyway
